Responsibilities
  • Experience with Agile Methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritize the backlog, etc. Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements and user stories.
  • Responsible to gather analyze, conceptualize, document, and validate the needs of stakeholders. Own and document various steps of the SDLC. Create user stories, user flows, SRS, BRD, FSD, user manuals, test cases, etc.
  • Partner with product manager and internal teams to address complex business questions and provide insightful analysis through strong storytelling capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings: prepare meeting notes, develop action items to achieve the milestone of the software releases.
  • Continuous coordination with the development team to ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during the development of software products.
Requirements
  • BE (IT/CE/CS), MSc. IT / MCA or equivalent. MBA with IT background preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a business analyst.
  • Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills.
  • Should have good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
